As practitioners, we know that stress, emotions and unconscious patterns can affect the whole body. They influence our behaviour, our mindset, and even our physical symptoms.
But what can we do to get to the root of stress – both for our clients and ourselves?
This is the question that led qualified Naturopath Karlie McKeand to create Naturopathic Emotional Release.
In this podcast, Karlie goes deep into all things stress, how it impacts the body and how Naturopathic Emotional Release is a game changer in clinical practice. Karlie connects with other wellness industry leaders to get to the heart of what is really going on with our health, our mindset and how we do business.
Together, they will discuss the missing piece to the puzzle as a natural therapist - both in the clinic and in business.
If you want to learn more about how to foster client transformations, live a positive life and grow the healing business of your dreams, this is a conversation you don’t want to miss.

Ep 5 - What I have noticed after the pandemic
In this episode, I want to discuss the significant surge in mental health challenges that have emerged over the past few years, particularly in the context of the ongoing pandemic in 2023. Many individuals, who had never before experienced anxiety or depression, have been profoundly affected. This isn't solely due to the pandemic itself but also its consequences, such as isolation, travel restrictions, and drastic lifestyle changes, all exacerbated by the pervasive fear.
The issue is compounded by the extended wait times individuals face for mental health support, leaving them feeling helpless. I believe it's our collective responsibility to provide assistance and offer solutions.
One valuable approach I want to highlight is naturopathic emotional release (NER). NER helps clients process stress and unconscious triggers effectively, without requiring them to divulge their emotions verbally. This method yields rapid improvements, instilling hope in clients, and it can be especially useful for those who struggle to express themselves verbally.
By addressing mental health more comprehensively and empathetically, we can better support our clients, their children, and our communities as we navigate the long-term effects of recent events. This podcast encourages practitioners to consider holistic approaches like NER to enhance mental well-being and provide lasting relief.
